The Company is formed by 30 individuals with 600 shares (600,000 birr). This will greatly facilitate the related registration, acquiring of mining right and other official processes needed to realize the project idea.        
Our objectives:

1. To produce cement, cement bags, gravel, gypsum wall board, lime and to be engaged in the production of other construction materials.

2. To engage in activities similar to objectives of the Share Company

The plan is to build a cement plant of 1.2 million ton cement per year production capacity with 1.2 billion birr investment outlay. Studies show that a plant of this capacity if installed at the stated site would;
• Yield minimum of 55 % profit per share for the foreseeable future
• Have payback period of less than three years
